Most of a restoration is work you cannot see afterwards
People remember the paint. The job is the ridge pointing, the dozen cracked tiles and the valley that was a winter away from leaking. We fix those first. Then we wash the roof, seal it and coat it.
Paint over cracked pointing looks good for one season. Then the water gets in, and you have paid for a colour change on a roof that still leaks.

How much does a roof restoration cost in Melbourne?
There is no honest flat price. It depends on the size of the roof, how many tiles are broken, what state the ridge is in, whether you want a colour change and how hard the roof is to reach. We quote once we have been on it. The cost guide lists what moves the number.
What kinds of roof do you work on?
